1. Our commitment
What we promise
- We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.
- We resolve it within one month of receipt.
- You will be given the name of the person handling it, and told what is happening if it is going to take time.
Most things — a delayed parcel, a wrong item, a refund that has not appeared — are sorted out the same day by writing to us directly. You do not need to make it formal.

It helps if you can tell us:
- your order number, if there is one;
- what happened, and what you expected instead;
- photographs, if something arrived damaged or wrong; and
- what outcome you are looking for.

5. If we cannot resolve it
If you are not satisfied after we have responded, you retain every right you have as a consumer under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Nothing on this page limits those rights or requires you to come to us first.
For complaints specifically about a payment, you may also raise the matter with Razorpay, which processes payments for this site, through their own grievance channel.
